Established in 1988, Sara Miller products are made by a loyal and dedicated team of hat makers in the South West of England. We advertise that “The more discerning of you will appreciate both the fine quality of the materials used, and the high standard of workmanship that has gone into every stitch. We pride ourselves on a standard that our regular customers have come to expect, and competitors strive to copy”.

The company has a manufacturing capacity at the moment of approximately 100,000 hats per year, and over the last ten years have been making hats for supply to many of the leading High Street fashion houses, including a few consignments to fashion stores outside of the UK

In spite of an annual production of thousands, we pride ourselves not only on our quality and great value-for-money, but also our very personal relationship with our individual customers. Some of our customers have even approached us with their own materials which match a tunic, or an outfit which they have bought, and we have duly obliged in making a matching hat (and/or accesories if requested).

Sara still makes hats herself, and each member of her team has been trained and assisted by her to meet the standards that she demands, and our customers have come to expect.
